About Quality Master
"Quality Master" was created so that CMMs can be checked in a simple and easy way, even on a daily basis.
The main feature of this product is that it allows measurement evaluation by surface, circular and cylindrical measurement of three-dimensionally arranged high-precision holes.
In actual workpiece measurement, the orientation of the probe head does not stay in one direction. Measurement is performed using four directions of the probe head, enabling users to recognize attitude errors as well.
